Very disappointed!! Have been looking to get my drafty kitchen window replaced since early October in hopes to have it replaced before winter. Had high hopes that Todd would take good care of us and that simply wasn't the case. He came out twice for measurements. The first time he said he might have a older window in one of his properties that he could use which would save us money on a new window. Todd and his crew did a great job at a great price. They showed up on time, were professional, and completed the job on time. When I needed him to do a few extra add-ons he was very responsive and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
