Great experience when we needed help with an impossibly quick turnaround painting between tenants for our ADU! Due to wear and tear, we basically had to prep and paint an entire 900 square foot apartment over the course of only a few days, Jess at Community Builder Collective is the ONLY reason we finished on time! They helped me triage a long and disorganized list of handyman and construction work that I was considering doing, drew up estimates for everything, then methodically worked through the prioritized list, which ended up including trim repair, drywall patching, grout repair, and re-hanging a chandelier in a stairwell with a mural.
