For the love of his, DO NOT let Paradise build your home. We purchased an almost new home from then (first owners were in less than 2 years) and thought we were getting a great price bc of some small cosmetic changes that needed finished. In the first few months, we have uncovered so many issues that very obviously happened when the home was built and now are coming up on $10k in unexpected costs due to shoddy work. These people established their business / commercial property close to residential neighborhoods, then they create incursions into those neighborhoods from their commercial property - destroying the land and polluting the water supply... until they are forced to pay fines, then they operate loud trucks and heavy construction equipment at nights, on weekends, and holidays - making it difficult to sleep or enjoy the peace and serenity of one's own home and neighborhood.
