Rec Nation purchased my locally owned boat storage facility and everything was fine for the past year. I received an email that my rate would be going up $73 per month with only 34 days notice. I was renting a $180 non electric unit and the increase takes it to $253 with no improvements. I have friends that rent units in the same facility that received a 60 day notice of rate increases. Thank you RecNation!! I have been at the storage site for 8 months. I have a 10 by 20 storage unit. I needed a larger unit immediately. I called and was able to get into a larger unit that day. Christi reached out to make sure everything was ok. After a brief discussion I was transferred to Moe S. He immediately handled my concerns. I would highly recommend RecNation to my family and friends for all of their storage needs.

I have been a renting space in Tremble Mo prior to RecNation taking over. It just so happens that I have fallen into a bit of financial short fall. I spoke to a Moe about my account and that I would try to make a payment next week to get the account into current status. I think the original account was for $75 to $80. Rent being around $45.00 a month. He said he would note it on the account and that there would be a late charge added to make the new balance $150+. I would y store my boat anywhere else. RecNation keeps the facility clean and well maintained. The app to open the gate is extremely helpful at keeping you from having to pull up too close to the posts. When I have called, their customer service team (especially Megan W.) do a fantastic job with solving the issue. Outstanding location and management!!!
