Very personable and helpful. Quickly helped me reserve the storage space I needed. It was hassle free.
Fortunately the local person, Jessica, responded to a message that I left. The original spot sold to me via s call enter was not high enough. Jessica was able to find an adequate spot and we were finally able to store out camper.
Just when I needed help, the manager showed up and took care of my need.
Stay away from this place if you can, even though it’s hard to find a place to store your boat or RV. I stored my boat there for a couple of years and over this last winter it was burglarized and of course there was no video. I immediately looked for another place for my boat and canceled with RecNation. But, since I canceled on the 10th of March and they have a 30 day cancellation policy, I had to pay for the entire month of April as well.
