This was the WORST customer service experience of my life. We were rented a boat that was dented on all sides, the seats were covered in mildew, and there were crumbs and trash under the seats. We are in a pandemic and the boat wasn’t cleaned! I had to clean it! Due to bad weather we never got to even take a boat ride except to put gas in it (yes we had to fill it even though it wasn’t full on delivery).
