I ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani online today, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. It looks like plain white rice mixed with some yellow rice, with just two pieces of chicken and no real flavor. When I called to share my feedback, the response I received was simply “we’re sorry,” with no effort to address the issue. This restaurant is among my preferred dining options in this area. The cuisine consistently demonstrates exceptional quality, and the staff members are highly commendable.
Food tastes pretty bad
This is authentic Hyderabadi biryani — not that North-Indian-style colored rice + zero flavor + boiled chicken piece that some restaurants in LA serve and still dare to call “biryani.” I honestly wish there were more places like Paradise Biryani Pointe in the LA area. If you’re eating “biryani” elsewhere in LA… sorry guys, that’s not real biryani. Try the Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani here and you’ll know the difference.
