We absolutely love Paradise Bay Pluming!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, nice and punctual. Joe and the entire crew are amazing. We were cleaning our water filter and the main seal busted…. Then the shut off valve busted…. We called Paradise Bay and Joe did not hesitate to come to the rescue!!! We ended up upgrading to this fabulous system for water softener and filter!! I was shocked at the cost of a 25-minute repair. Paradise Bay Plumbing is very expensive. They quoted me $330 to $570 to replace a garden spicket. They then charged me $80 for the 5 minutes it took them to quote me the outrageous price. A neighbor told me he replaced his spicket and told me how. I replaced it myself in less than 25 minutes with an $11 spicket from Home Depot. Anyone could have done it.

I was going to change faucets in our bathroom but got stuck getting the bolts off the handles under the cabinet. Zac came out and put the rest of the faucets in superbly. Clean, knowledgable and smooth worker. Will use for future plumbing needs. Very happy with their service.
