I recently bought a house with a hot tub. I have never owned one, and needed an education on how to maintain the tub and keep the water safe and clean. I went into the store and was greeted immediately. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me, but I cannot for the life of me. She was extremely informative. Great sales and service from Paradise Bay. We were in the market for a hot tub so went to a few different stores to get an idea of what we wanted. Mark at Paradise bay helped us out and gave us his genuine opinion based on what we were looking for. I contacted them as we had issues with a Hot tub with a FLO error. The service guy came out and couldn’t figure anything out, and charged for an hour and 1/4. When he didn’t even do anything past a visual inspection, nothing was opened or checked. His final diagnostic was I need 2 new pumps. After he left, I decided to investigate further and it turned out to be a bad capacitor which was visible as the box was bulging and fuses on the main control panel. Extremely disappointed.
Had a great experience here with Trevor and Nick helping to purchase and set up the perfect patio umbrella. Nick arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful and set up our umbrella with no issues. Thank you!
