It's been near 10 years since we've bought our Tub. Minor issues along the way like a blown fuse. Recently the tub started giving a HL error that I tried to troubleshoot with the tips online... Good service, can get everything for Arctic spa, just little expensive.

Bald guy is super rude and will flirt with younger women. Over all just pretty bad and poorly run but at least the people there suck too.
