Overpriced. Incompetent. They said they could fix my AC and later said they didn't have the guy to do it. They still wanted over $500 for the over priced part replacement and excessive labor rate. I asked them for discount on labor because the AC was not fixed and they said they would "have to charge for diagnostics" making the charge way higher. Total Rediculous Extortionist business!!!
Paradise Auto Repair is the place you want to take your vehicle for repairs. He explains what needs to be done and gives a honest estimate. You don't come back for the same repairs. I've been going their for more than five years and will continue to.
Days after repairs, car making a sound it’s never made before. They claim that the other pulleys in my car just decided to wear down right after they replaced one of them. Solution they offered was to do even more work at my expense. Sloppy at best, dishonest at worst.
