Inept. Twice now they've stuffed me around. It's been a waste of time and fuel. When contacted with date of manufacture and vin, they said they had parts, I drove a long way there and they had nothing. Edit: response to owner comment below - "Noone seems to know about this" would be an apt description. Actually, Paul, who I spoke to on the phone began our conversation with "I have no idea".
