Happy with our new Office manager Valerie, every since she took over the property I have seen changes for the better specially the costumer service at the leasing office, we had a very rude Office manager Patty and the apartments were a bit run down, but I am excited for the new change.
Pésimo interés de la designada administradora valery, quien se ausenta de la oficina y es ausente en las llamadas para atender y brindar soluciones a los residentes, quienes cumplen con el pago de sus obligaciones, pero son maltratados con el pésimo servicio de parte de la administración, se hace llamado a la ciudad de Phoenix para que rectifiquen y hagan valer la calidad de vida de los residentes.
