I have not personally use them. However I have two very close friends of use them and has screwed both of them over taking their money and not completing any of the work.
Paradise Aquatics is the most unprofessional contractor that we have ever hired. Some of the major problems we had were, forgetting a major "equipotential bonding" inspection causing the pavers to be removed (thousands of dollars), liner installed improperly causing major leak they refused to pay for, came home one day and they had decided to use clear glue with no primer and refused to change the fittings because "if it holds, it holds", ordered the wrong liner multiple times, we have the ugliest pool-bottom ever, disappear... read more
Buyer beware..... Run..... Many lawsuits filed against them.....
Great service and the staff is always very helpful! I have had my pool opened and closed for three years with this shop. The staff is always willing to help me research any issue I have had and they work with me until we solve the problem. I test my pool water here every week and my pool is beautiful and the water is always clear. Their advice is always spot on!
