Have referred my clients to Paradise Appraisals for years. They always do a thorough job with great communication.
Paradise was contracted to appraise a residential property under contract with a closing date approaching. The appraiser, I will refer to by initials as BM. Clearly showed up to the property unprepared for the job with a 4ft step stool and then claim on the official appraisal that she cannot reach the attic space to document with photos as required by the lender!
