Called to get my Freezer repaired. Dylan Smith came out June 4,and initially said I needed a new Compressor. They said it would be $1200 for a sub zero refrigerator. They required a $600 charge on my credit card to order the part. He was to come back June 11 to install the part, but I was notified a different tech, Dayton Stanley was coming out. Very knowledgeable and prompt. The repairman was honest and explained what he was doing step by step. This will be our go-to appliance repair service from now on.
Sean was amazing! I use him for all of my rental properties! He always has a quick response time and his prices are very reasonable! He's extremely knowledgeable about all the brands. I can't reccomend him enough.
Incredibly impressed with their response time (on a Saturday no less) after I sent an online service request! I was eventually able to troubleshoot and repair our dishwasher myself but I will 100% use them for any future appliance repairs!
Our washing machine was in need of repair. Paradise was recommend to us and I am so glad I followed the recommendation. The service call was schedule and the technician was on time as promised. A part was needed to complete the repair and I received a phone call in 2 days to schedule the final repair. The technician was professional, courteous and respectfully.
