Incredibly impressed with their response time (on a Saturday no less) after I sent an online service request! I was eventually able to troubleshoot and repair our dishwasher myself but I will 100% use them for any future appliance repairs!
Our washing machine was in need of repair. Paradise was recommend to us and I am so glad I followed the recommendation. The service call was schedule and the technician was on time as promised. A part was needed to complete the repair and I received a phone call in 2 days to schedule the final repair. The technician was professional, courteous and respectfully. Our Dryer stopped working and my husband called Paradise Appliance and within hours they were here! Their tech Charlie was kind, knowledgeable, explained everything to us on the issue and fixed our dryer! I have lived in SC for 9 years and I have never experienced such fast and accurate service & affordable. I will recommend Paradise to all. Our refrigerator’s ice maker had started leaking, so I called several highly recommended appliance repair companies. One company never responded. The second company made several appointments to come out but never followed through with any. The third company, Paradise Appliance Repair, located in Georgetown, answered. I am so thankful they did! Did all they could to repair an ice maker so that it functioned. Problem is poor design and is being addressed by the manufacturer
