Beautiful after a rain. Quiet, sunny property. Affordable and good management. Centrally located. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in Port Arthur. 30 min from Beaumont. Best part is all utilities are in one fee. I paid more than the CAM fee for just myself for utilities in the past. You don’t need to give connection fees for anything. TURNKEY

I wouldn’t recommend living here at all I live here now and very unsatisfied for the price I’m paying I know without a shadow of a doubt in my mind I could find something better and cheaper…also they add things onto ur rent without you agreeing to it…I have been here 2 years and they still have no pool.this is my kids restroom I have been asking for this to be fixed for months so they can take showers in there restroom. new owner’s doesn’t make a difference….as soon as my lease is up I’m getting out of here asap before they ... read more
