I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at the clinic. It felt like their primary focus was on upselling services rather than providing genuine care for my dog. As a person who cares for multiple pets, having a vet that you can build a relationship and rapport with is definitely the preferred path to take. Putting my animals in the care of Dr. Quinlan and her team has been a satisfactory experience since the beginning. Although many animals do not always receive the desired outcome, it in no way impedes or mitigates the expertise and skill provided by Dr. Quinlan and her associates at this hospital. I am not a person who leaves negative reviews but I had a horrible experience today (Friday, March 14) that I simply cannot shake. My cat has a condition that requires monthly check ups (blood work). These check ups are normally completed by a vet at the VSC but she is off work at the moment. Therefore, they advised me to make an appointment with our regular family vet.
