I've had a couple of really frustrating experiences with this clinic recently, mainly around communication and getting clear answers about what's actually going on with my dogs. Earlier this year, my dog Jinkx was dealing with vomiting, diarrhea, and a complete loss of appetite. We went in multiple times and were given supportive meds, and bloodwork was done, but we never really got a clear explanation or plan when things weren't improving. So grateful to the all of staff for their amazing work today. They were accommodating and helpful in a way that was far above and beyond any expectations. They were kind, understanding, and really went out of their way to care for our injured dog. We are forever grateful for everything they did to help our pup in his time of need. Truly happy beyond words to have him home again, kudos and sincere thanks to Dr. Rubenstein and all the wonderful staff who helped us get through this.
