I started coming to Paradise 3 about four months ago after my original nail tech moved back to Vietnam, and I was honestly looking for a new nail home… well, I FOUND ONE 🩵 The customer service here is AMAZING, and the vibe is always so welcoming and consistent. They offer snacks, water, and even wine, and when I tell y’all the VIP Pedicure is worth every penny — I get it every single time! My niece got her nails done & they left her bloody cuticles tore up shaped horrible never ever go here!
This place is a rip off. They don’t even give you an option if you want the gel. Me and my daughter went there for the first time and Nancy did our nails. She quoted me one price and when it was time to pay, she changed the price. I would never go back there again. I got acrylic and tips on my thumb nails and she charged me $55. That’s ridiculous. I am one dissatisfied customer.
I LOVE going here - they just redid the inside and it’s beautiful - new chairs and very clean!! All the staff is very friendly and I feel like it’s reasonably priced, they do take walk-in’s as well. I see Misa and I’m telling you the nails LAST and she is so detailed - I have actually followed her when she has moved Paradise locations. There’s always a lot of returning customers and a lot of times when people are new they make returning appointments. Genuinely a great experience.
