Dr. Brule is wonderful but she needs to seriously consider hiring a new Receptionist as the current one is rude to the patients and was difficult and rude to my Pharmacist. As well please take the time to submit a script for Pico Salax which is covered by some employee plans and the government plan when one is over 65. This product now has a price tag of $45.00 taxes in and with rising costs it is unfair to dismiss the impact of a patient absorbing this expense. I'd love to leave a 5 star rating because Dr Brule is truly great, so kind, very thorough, and very reassuring! However, her secretary or whoever answers the phone for this office needs to find different employment that doesn't involve talking to people. I will NEVER call there again and will be requesting another referral from my family doctor to go elsewhere. Shame on you for leaving someone in tears after a simple inquiry for a follow up that I've been waiting almost a year for!
Dr Brule is one great surgeon. She tells it like it is and really cares a bout her patient's.
I havent had my operation yet so i cant speak on how Dr.Bahtia is at his actual job but his secretarys dont answer the phone and they dont even have a voicemail so theres no way of getting a hold of him unless they call you or are expecting your call which is absolutely ridiculous
