FIND ANOTHER BROKER! Poor service from the sales rep and repeated “that never happened before” issues during the purchase process. Yes I bought the boat, but all the effort was mine and overall a very poor experience.
As a buyer I must say what a great group of guys with a massive amount of combined knowledge! You can tell by personalities that they enjoy the hobby as much as helping clients find the right fit, budget and overall needs of the customer. I have also heard extremely good things being on the opposite side as a seller. They understand all consumer levels and work just as hard for a 20k boat as a 500k boat. They also truly understand the love and joy of boating and can point you in the right direction.
Great experience overall. Lots of knowledge and insight into all level of boats.
Very deceptive experience. Negotiated weeks on a yacht, pictures online showed clean perfect yacht, the survey indicate no real problems, and I was told "everything has been repaired". After I traveling 500 miles to pick up the yacht, what I discovered was far different from what I was told, shown & disclosed. Here are just a few of the problems which were never told to me nor disclosed.
