I just want to say that the service has been nothing but outstanding, i had a window repaired about 3 years ago, I also needed an new set of rollers for my sliding door, they sent out the rollers along with extra weather stripping for my windows, my other slider experienced the same, needed new rollers, i sent an email and they mailed out a new set GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE thank you to all
After spending several thousands of dollars on a paradigm sliding door we are totally unsatisfied. The metal track has a moisture issue when the temperature is below 32. Ice actually forms and goes up the side of the door. We had to replace the carpet which had mold growing on the pad due to the water overflowing the track as it melted. It is sad to say that after spending thousands on a sliding door I am extremely dissatisfied. Moisture builds up on the track and we actually have ice in the track and up the side. Our previously installed door did not have this issue but was hard to slide. Their explanation is that our old door was leaking so much the moisture could get out. Paradigm 8300 series with grids and Paradigm Windows as a manufacturer are beyond junk. I don't even know where to start! The grids are crooked (common issue with other buyers). The night latches are skewed. The glass is thin. They use vinyl TAPE between panes... and you can see the tape manufacturers writing with date/ manufacturer/ product code. The narrow 2nd floor 6 over 6 came as 4 over 4 and it makes my house look like a barn. The company first told my contractor "they don't make them because they're old". Uh, no. 2006... read more
