Great, I do there youth baseball camp. Shout-out to Charlie.
One year in and I'm in the best shape of my life. I am lifting more and have better endurance for mountain biking than I have ever had before. The staff is always positive and helps you achieve your fitness goals. I would recommend Paradigm Sport to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. 16 months in, Since starting at Paradigm I turned 50. My personal bests keep climbing and I feel fantastic.
