One year in and I'm in the best shape of my life. I am lifting more and have better endurance for mountain biking than I have ever had before. The staff is always positive and helps you achieve your fitness goals. I would recommend Paradigm Sport to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. 16 months in, Since starting at Paradigm I turned 50. My personal bests keep climbing and I feel fantastic. Thank you Paradigm.
I'd recommend paradigm to anyone! Their instructors are attentive, highly trained and knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. The staff is always friendly and helpful without any of the intimidating vibes you might run into in other gym spaces. Workouts are thoughtfully designed and a great balance of a tough workout with therapeutic exercises woven in. Thank you all so much for such an awesome experience!
I've been a member at Paradigm now for 10+ years and going. And this is my 1st google review of anything ever. This training facility has a flexible schedule of fitness classes that make it easy with my busy work schedule. The space, equipment & locker rooms are clean and updated. The staff is top notch and very helpful. And I'd say most importantly the membership community is full of a wide range of welcoming people just supporting & getting after each others personal fitness & life goals.
