Paradigm Sport has been a game-changer for my fitness and overall motivation to work out! I did the 2 week trial period recently and I was hooked. Just invested in a membership and I'm stoked to build strength and up my cardio game. Their instructors are top notch - all super friendly and supportive as I'm a newbie to the gym. I just started coming to Paradigm and can already tell it's a cut above the rest! The team training classes are intense and the coaches are super helpful with introducing new movements and guiding + giving helpful suggestions during the workout. I thought I was getting good workouts before Paradigm but I'm really sore after just one week!! I look forward to the progress as I keep at it!
Been going here for a few years. Great staff, great community - would definitely recommend
