I have tried a number of plumbers over the last five years and have been disappointed in all (didn't show up on time, estimate went up, too expensive, couldn't/wouldn't do the job) until I found Paradigm Shift Plumbing. Jay knows his stuff, very professional and delivered on exactly what he promised. As well, working with Lindsay to coordinate and support follow on questions made the experience even more professional and painless. They go to the top of my contacts for plumbers!
