Bought my mom for her birthday a Head Spa Service with Thuy Pham and it was absolutely amazing service. She was super happy with Spa Service and Hair treatment she received. The only downgrade but it's more for the owner of the salon, the area should be more private when Spa service performed. They have right next to the room where services performed hairdressers stands, and it was very loud. I went to paradigm to get the head spa treatment. It was a great experience. My head spa specialist was Jordan and she did an amazing job! She put various oils and hair masks in my hair and as well as preforming a soothing head and neck massage throughout the treatment. I was so relaxed the whole time and even got to see before and after pictures of my scalp and left with my hair feeling healthier than ever! Paradigm Salon is the best!!! The front desk is welcoming, friendly and professional. Thuy is an expert colorist and is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and maintenance. I always leave looking glamorous!!!
