Don't pay there subs. Now I know of 4 subs that have worked for this company and not got paid.Crooked as they come.

After doing many projects with other builders, Paradigm is a breath of fresh air. It's not easy to do rehabs and they seemed to have figured out a process to make it work. They communicate well and are very thorough in their approach. They started on schedule and stayed to schedule throughout the project. If you're looking for an efficient execution of a remodel then look no further.

Paradigm Renovations was the general contractor for our whole house renovation completed in 2018. They were professional, courteous, and kept us "in the loop" during the entire 8 month project. They used high quality subcontractors and materials achieving a remarkable make-over of our lake shore home. I would Paradigm Renovations and Jon Faris a five start rating.

Paradigm completed 2 big projects for us, a fiberglass pool and renovated our kitchen. The pool was completed first and was a massive project but Jon and his team were great at communicating throughout the process and staying on time despite weather challenges. The kitchen renovation was also extensive, but again the communication was excellent and all of the contractors were very friendly, helpful and worked efficiently.
