Poor property manager. Clients gave deposit of $1299 on 12/19/24. Excited about move in on 01/01/25. Clients asked were they sure since 01/01.25 was a holiday. They were assured it was no problem. Of course company was closed. Clients spoke with company on 01/02/25 and property manager laughed and told them to come sign lease on 01/06/25 of course once again office was closed. For starters Miss Cindy was the most helpful. I haven’t had any problems this far. When I first got her I had some issues with the heat but the maintenance guy was here first thing in the morning to fix the problem. I’m getting settled into my new home and I’m loving it so far.
If only ZERO stars were an Option!! Cindy is great the rest of the staff are not as helpful. Owner is extremely rude, uninterested and appears to be shady as the day is long. The property I lived in is now being managed by a diff. Company. The new property manager (Lisa,at All You Need Property Management, is amazing) allowed me to break my lease, due to out of state job relocation. Very satisfied with my commercial unit located in silverton montgomery road the management very consistent and if could not communicate went out there way to warn me ahead of time very patient very nice very professional i recommend anyone to paradigm property management im 1000% satisfied.
