The staff at Paradigm are the best in town. They are extremely knowledgable and fair priced. They recently helped me resolve a filter issue with an easy and very affordable repair. I would highly recommends them!
What an amazing place! Not only was the front desk girl, Ashlyn amazing... she was very knowleagable! All the workers here are the kindest, helpful, and very informative people!! I have been to many pool stores and I will contiune to go there each time!
Paradigm has always been spectacular, and i wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is so polite and willing to go above and beyond to help. I was looking for a part for my pump and they looked high and low all over their store for me. Even went out of their way to do some research with me to investigate the problem and a solution! I highly recommend Paradigm, keep up the great work!
I was given this buisness number as a Jandy contact for service and waranty repairs. The two ladies I spoke with were very degrading not helpful, disrespectful and rude. Stating you are not our client why sould we feel sorry for you as we did not instal your pool and we are very busy. I called as I was given drection by the dealer that sold our pump equitment, heater,salter and pump. This company was on the list in our area as a service company. I posted I believe sometime ago, but never did see it on this site. That’s because things did not go as planned. About five years ago, maybe six, I had invested time with this company to have an inground pool installed.
