Paradigm installed our fabulous inground pool 10 years ago and she is still going strong. Ron and Meghan know thier stuff and did a beautful job from design through final installation. They went above and beyond when it came to equipment warranty service and have always bee available to help with questions or concerns. I've referred Paradigm to a number of friends and need to head into the office tomorrow to pick up some complementary replacement parts for our ClearDeck cover. The heater in my hot tub stopped working noticed it New Year’s Eve called this company New Year’s Day, following day, rob came out and got the heater working very thankful. I would definitely buy another hot spring just because of the level of service they provided thanks, Ron. Most places I called where closed
We had a breakdown of our Hot Springs tub. We called Paradigm Pools & Spas for service and it was taken care of professionally and on the same day under warranty with no paperwork or waiting on 1-800 phone lines. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much!
