Paradigm installed our fabulous inground pool 10 years ago and she is still going strong. Ron and Meghan know thier stuff and did a beautful job from design through final installation. They went above and beyond when it came to equipment warranty service and have always bee available to help with questions or concerns. The heater in my hot tub stopped working noticed it New Year’s Eve called this company New Year’s Day, following day, rob came out and got the heater working very thankful. I would definitely buy another hot spring just because of the level of service they provided thanks, Ron. Most places I called where closed

We recently had an issue with our chlorinator lid. We called and spoke with the front counter staff about it and how to address it. They were able to find a part for our issue. That saved us from buying and replacing the whole unit. We gave it a try and are thrilled that it worked! Paradigm put in our pool 20+ years ago and have always provided outstanding service! This is just one example. Would highly recommend them!
