We have been using Paradigm Pool Care service for almost a year and have continually struggled to receive quality and professional service. Our pool hose was frequently coming out of the wall and disconnected. Hired Paradigm for weekly pool service based on a recommendation from Angi. They charged my card but didn't show up for the first 2 weeks. They finally came for 3 minutes one day, took a picture of the pool, and left. Didn't actually clean the pool. They didn't show up the week after that. I tried to reach out to them multiple times but never heard back, so I emailed them to cancel service and never heard back on that front either. This company has neglected to do its simple duty for both of my pools and have allowed them to stay green for two months straight with limited communication. I advised them of one of the pools being green and after weeks of no reply, I was told that I needed to upgrade my filter and that the pool would be back to clear and blue within three days. Grant was very friendly and professional! My pool was a disaster after a storm and not being properly cared for, but he got it sparkling and ready to use for the 4th of July! I definitely recommend!
I would like to take the moment to write a review and share my dissatisfaction with this company. Of the 6 months of service our pool has been dirty about 50% of the time. We continue to try and reach out to them via text and email asking for things to be cleaned. Most of the times the owner ignores our calls. Sometimes they state someone will be coming out but then no one ends up coming out.
