I needed my main water shutoff valve and the stop and waste valve (to the outside faucet) replaced. Paradigm’s estimate was very detailed and reasonably priced. Alan made all the arrangements with the town so I didn’t have to do anything. Alan and Mason were very prompt and the work was excellent, with the replacement valves much better quality than the originals. Alan stayed behind until the town turned the water back on, to make sure everything was working right. I have no hesitation about recommending this company.
Exception service. From the pre work to completion Alan and team were very profession and efficient. Loved that they cleaned up after themselves and took the time to review their work. Two thumbs up for sure. Highly recommend Paradigm Plumbing!
I would highly recommend Alan from Paradigm Plumbing. I was having a problem with the main drain line going from my house to the septic tank being plugged so all my drain lines were backing up, so the sinks and toilets could not be used. I spoke to Alan in the morning and he was on a job but said he would come over in the late afternoon when the other job was completed because he knew it was an emergency.
