Alan was prompt, polite and professional in his attitude and his workmanship was excellent. He replaced our toilet gasket quickly and cleaned up any mess that may have been caused during the process. He also recommended refurbishment of the water supply valve as it was very stiff to turn when shutting off the water to the tank. I will be using Paradigm Plumbing again if l have any future plumbing repair needs and highly recommend them.
