Fast and efficient. Came quickly and it wasn't even an emergency. Would recommend to friends. Mason is a great apprentice and will make a fine professional one day. Mature beyond his years.
I engaged Paradigm for some general plumbing work (system shut down for the winter) and subsequently for more significant work, including installation of a new water heater, automatic water shut off valve, and a new sump pump. Alan and his crew were great. They arrived when scheduled, provided a clear explanation of the work entailed, left a clean work site and billed in accordance with the estimates I’d received. Alan was professional and easy to work with and I would have no hesitation recommending Paradigm.
Alan and Mason did an amazing job putting in a new exterior hose valve and capping an old one. Can’t recommend Paradigm enough, amazing work and just really friendly people!
Working with Alan was a great experience start to finish. We needed a new hose attachment installed and the old connection capped after a pipe burst under our deck. He came by the same day I called to have a look at what we needed and provided a quote later that day. We set up a date for the work to be completed later that week and he and his apprentice got to work when they arrived. We just moved into a new place that’s on well water and our water was shutting off after a few mins for long periods at a time. we were unable to shower, use laundry properly and had some other small plumbing issues but Melissa, Alan and team came to the rescue!! They are a dream to work with! Was easy to book (got us in quickly-next day) and they are on top of communication and support. they are rated 5 stars for a reason! Highly reccomend them!
