Many thanks to Julie and Phil for such quick service on my AC unit. Spoke with Julie first thing in the morning and Phil was at my door within two hours. It took Phil 15 minutes to diagnose what my issue was and he was able to get the parts needed locally and had my AC up and running before the sun broke trough the clouds. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Paradigm Plumbing and Heating and their service team, they’re a great company to work with.
Paid $50 for them to show up for a leaking outdoor faucet they installed in 2023. Technician said he didn’t have the part to fix it and would have to order it. Said we would be better off ordering it ourselves.
Paradigm is truly exceptional. Their technicians are not only skilled but also polite and highly professional. Every experience I've had with them has been outstanding. After our recent move, Paradigm installed a new AC system for us, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with the top-quality work. Paradigm is through and through always there for you. Through regular maintenance in my mini splits, or servicing the boiler, or emergency service, they have been a lifeline to my home. Cannot appreciate the folks enough!!!
I am disgusted with this company! They charged us 4 times for work done in May and are still battling with them for a refund. Not only that but they did not change the filter in the hvac unit stating we don’t carry that size 🤦♀️ do not use this company! Stick with Joyce plumbing and heating
