I had Shoulder pain for three years. Did physical therapy for 5 months then was sent to Keesler. Did all the imaging needed for it. Keesler said all they could give me was ICY HOT!! I immediately asked for a second opinion. I was then sent to DR. Texada. He looked at the imaging and then said that everything looked great. So his question was what can he do for me. Very professional and helpful.
About 10 years ago I tore both Quad Tendons in each leg. Dr. Texada repaired both Quad tears and worked with Dave Giardina the physical therapist to get me back running each time. Happy to say that in June at the age of 64 I will be competing in the Senior Olympics 5K Run and Basketball in Albuquerque, NM. Thanks to Dr. Texada, he is the best.
Went into great detail explaining the procedure for my knee replacement and I never felt rushed asking questions.
I should have provided this review long ago. During a 2 year period, 2011-2013, Dr. Texada performed 5 surgeries on me; Achilles tendon, right & left carpal tunnels, trigger finger & shoulder scope. The surgeries and physical therapy sessions which followed have rendered me PAINLESS in those areas to this day in 2019. Thank you Dr. Texada! These surgeries were performed from a different facility so I cannot rate the facility-specific questions. My total rating for Dr. Texada is 5 stars.,

I have been a patient of Dr Texada on an infrequent basis for several years & have found him to be the best physician I have ever visited
His office staff is horrible. Jackie told me they are a business first and refused to let me speak to the doctor and for that reason I won't have surgery by him that had been scheduled for six weeks.
