Dr Adams is an excellent primary care physician. He listens.
I had the worst physician experience with Dr. Sanchez and his Nursing Staff! My on the job injury was rapidly dismissed as no big deal… led to WC denial and months without income. He and his staff are unprofessional and dismissive. They have lost the skill of LISTENING…. And taking care of each person’s unique needs. Terrible interaction. Will NEVER return and encourage other to beware.
This review is pertaining to the two front desk ladies, one was named Nicole, that were attending to patients on 06/12/24 in the Imaging Center. They were both extremely rude and unprofessional. Nicole was loudly speaking about me in a very rude manner so that the entire office could hear. I approached these ladies in a calm and mature manner and told them that I thought they were being disrespectful and they both just laughed. People like them should not be working in the medical field.
From Dr. Texada, Dr. Berry, and Dr. Schouest along with the Physical Therapy team there is no better team to use for your needs.
Today was only my 2nd visit to this office. My appt was to go over my test results from 1/30/24. I went to the wrong location, I called the office an I was told I had to reschedule my appt for another day. I asked why because my appt is for 1pm and it is only 1:07pm and I am only 6 mins away. She said we have policies to follow. I told her that I did not want to reschedule my appt and that if I had to I will not be coming to this office again.
