I am so happy with the progress of my skin since my appointment with Rebecca. From the minute I arrived I felt comfortable, and through the whole appointment she explained everything and was so knowledgeable . Rebecca sent me some product recommendations after my chemical peel and my skin has never looked and felt better.
I scheduled a Lymphatic Drainage massage and it was 80 minutes of pure bliss. Rebecca was very thorough and knew exactly what treatment I needed. I have booked future sessions.

I had an amazing experience at paradigm meditation spa today.The place is very clean, with a calm and soothing atmosphere. I had a lymphatic drainage massage session, and it was absolutely excellent—both deeply relaxing and professionally done. Rebecca the therapist was so attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter and refreshed. Highly recommend.
