Paradigm Integration sells themselves as a small local boutique alarm and integration company. They offer overpriced, low tech solutions and were non-responsive. They left dangling wires in my house and never followed up. They do not follow through on the high service promise. Paradigm Integration never "sells itself" as anything. We are in fact a smaller integration company that provides a more custom security solution and more personalized customer service than the larger National groups. I don't think we have ever referred to ourselves as a "boutique" though. We met this client as he and his family purchased a home we had a security system in.
