Paradigm Integration never "sells itself" as anything. We are in fact a smaller integration company that provides a more custom security solution and more personalized customer service than the larger National groups. I don't think we have ever referred to ourselves as a "boutique" though. We met this client as he and his family purchased a home we had a security system in.
