Once again healthcare fails miserably. I drive MULTIPLE towns over, even though I told my doc driving is serious spinal issues for me, but they don’t care. They want money so it has to be in house imaging. There it is. So I drive. And it hurts. But hey, I’m there. I do multiple MRI’s and like a good boy I ask about my upcoming X-rays. Paradigm as a whole exceeds all expectations I have for any medical facility. The staff is helpful and friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and attentive & I always feel like my concerns are addressed and that I am cared for. The staff in the MRI department made sure that I was comfortable even though I was nervous. I will never get an MRI elsewhere if I can help it!
I received a bill from 3 years ago. The office of Dr. Vigee does not know how to bill insurances. My company has changed insurances since then. I actually have two insurance plans. A primary and a secondary and both happened to be Humana and they can’t figure out the bill. I feel I don’t owe it especially from 3 years ago. When I tried to call them they are very rude. I won’t be back. If I could give zero stars I would.
Showed up near the end of the work day and expected a backed up a schedule. They got me in right away for my MRI. And even though it was the end of the Monday, and I’m sure they were all ready to go home, the staff was kind and attentive. High quality care makes everything better!
I couldn’t have been any happier with the experience I had today from the front desk and checkout staff to Dr. Becker. This office was highly recommended to me and I will be recommending to others. Dr. Becker was so nice and easy to talk to and answered all my questions and never rushed me. Very thorough and great bedside manner! Thanks so much!
