Ordered a squat rack at a great price. One of the safety arms was damaged, but customer service quickly responded and sent out a replacement part. Very appreciative of the quick response!
Ordered a pretty rack from these guys and it's great. Doesn't wobble or shake as you use it. When a party was missing on the original packaging, the process to twist a new one was simple and quick. Good customer service. Looking forward to many great workouts.
