I found a gym I really enjoy. Nicole and the coaches are incredible. I’ve struggled in the past to be consistent, but this gym has helped me enjoy my workouts. Special thanks to Coach Tameen ! he knows how to make a member feel comfortable, and he always plays my type of music when I work out alone.
Lovely gym. Very clean, and all the equipment is brand new and in excellent quality. The space is a little on the smaller side, but it is very well laid out, and easy to navigate. Also, they seem to have all the machines/free weights needed. Highly recommend.
Started a membership at Paradigm Fitness in Saint-Henri a year ago and it was my best decision of 2022. The coachs are amazing and I reach the goals that I set with their consistent support.
