Let me start by saying that I have NEVER been a gym person. The thought alone terrified me. I didn't want to be judged or laughed at. Or let myself down anymore than I already had. 've been working out at Paradigm for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. What really sets this gym apart is the atmosphere — the staff is super friendly and encouraging, and the trainers genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. If you're looking for a place that’s welcoming, supportive, and serious about fitness, I highly recommend giving Paradigm a try!

My journey started with looking for someone to help me with muscle weakness. I knew Monica personally from earlier when our boys were younger. I chose Monica due to her experience as a PTA for years. I needed her to form a plan to increase muscle strength, but also take into effect my neck issues with TMJ. She was the PERFECT person to help me. Fantastic place to go to get your wellness on!! The staff are very uplifting, informative, and dedicated to the health of their athletes. The best decision I have made for my wellbeing. 5+ stars!!
