If you’re a small business, search for your flooring needs elsewhere. We weren’t happy with our floors at all. After literally a year of back and forth with Jeremy doing nothing but blowing smoke, he finally just stopped responding. Wasted my time by coming out and confirming the poor quality job done. He promised we would be taken care of in February of 2025, then March, then nothing. Absolutely thrilled with the resolt! I had old coating installed in my garage and I was wanting if this will be an issue removing it but Paradigm team did it with no sweets! They got good professional grinders with vacuum and no dust at all. Thank you again for your professional work
We waited a while to post a review, two years later we cannot be more happy with the finished product that Jeremy and Paradigm Concrete Finishes has professionally installed in our garage. The customer service we received is refreshing in today’s market that good people are still in business. We chose orbit blue polyaspartic for our garage.
