Paradigm just completed my outdoor pool patio with a rubber flooring and it is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this company, they do excellent work, their communication was outstanding, and the whole job exceeded my expectations. When they started the job, they were prompt and weather permitting, they didn’t delay in getting it completed. Although I have never used this product before, the material appears to be of high quality. It was a pleasure working with this company.

If you’re a small business, search for your flooring needs elsewhere. We weren’t happy with our floors at all. After literally a year of back and forth with Jeremy doing nothing but blowing smoke, he finally just stopped responding. Wasted my time by coming out and confirming the poor quality job done. He promised we would be taken care of in February of 2025, then March, then nothing.
