Seeming like a super shady place. My Dr claims all my costs with them are covered with my payment but then they're telling me I owe them money. Not sure what's really going on here.
I hurt my back a few months ago and have been having a lot of pain. My family practitioner referred me to pain management. On the day of my appointment, I was told that I had to take a drug test before the Dr would see me. I thought ok, no problem. I paid my specialist co-pay and then they collected a urine sample. They performed a qualitative and and quantitative drug screen on a patient, but you cant get in contact with anyone to explain the charges. Just ridiculous and poor customer service.
