Customer service sucks! THEY ARE WAY WAY OVERPRICED, We just had their tank removed in order to discontinue their service because they were charging us $3.46 a gallon for propane! Our new propane supplier is charging us $1.85 a gallon and that included installing a new 320 gallon tank! When we called to have them pick up THEIR TANK, they said they were going to charge us $80.00 to pick it up? WTF!! AND they want to charge us to remove whatever propane is left in the tank, which I am sure they will resell to someone else at a... read more
I’m not a customer and they removed my gas meter from my house. Originally refused to put it back until I could show proof it wasn’t theirs. Had to get my gas provider involved to get it back. Manager was very rude and ignorant and couldn’t understand why I was upset. I feel sorry for their actual customers.
This year Paradee Gas is terrible. In past years they have provided good service by delivering our propane in a timely manner. This year it's as though they don't care about providing service at all. For years we've been on their automatic delivery with no problems. Waking up this morning to no heat has me steaming! Get your act together!
The regular website is non functional and the hours online say open till 5 but the answering machine says closed so I can't even make my my payment
