This is the worst GP practice I had to deal with in 4 different countries where I lived in. The people answering the phone are the rudest persons ever. If you manage to get to speak to a Doctor, they are great. I cannot understand how you can have such rude cebtralinists at people facing at a GP practice, where you would expect empathy and kindness . I ended up requesting changing GP practice
bad and long breaks unacceptable and people were smoking even though a staff was there too
it is quite a pleasant experience today. Especially for the doctor, telling me five times of procedure because I am a foreigner.
Honestly one of the worst doctors ever, the doctors and nurses have been nice but the reception staff are horrible and so rude. They act like you’re an inconvenience, lying and wasting their time for wanting a doctors appointment. I have ignored multiple health issues just so I don’t have to phone and talk to them, so glad I have a new doctor with lovely, kind caring staff.
