I made an appointment through my chart to see you guys with two different doctors at this location, then I receive a message in my MyChart stating they're not accepting new patients the day of the appointment and Joaan canceled it I tried calling several times nobody answers the phone, why is your site even available on MyChart to schedule an appointment if you're not accepting new patients?
