Been a customer for several years. They bought out the previous local company. Placed an order for delivery of 3 tanks for pool heater (they have delivered before so they know the location but left instructions anyway). They delivered 3 tanks but to our gas fireplaces not the pool. In the middle of a heat wave! Charged me 450 and when I called them about it the response was “well you will need the gas fireplaces soon anyway but you will still need to pay for more tanks”! This was THEIR MISTAKE! I just got off the phone with Janice . I had some questions regarding my bill. She answered all my questions an helped me with my problem in a very timely and professional manner. I would def suggest Parago Gas to my friends. Have been a customer for a long time and have never had a problem with service or customer care.
