Called Friday for delivery of propane, they said I was already on the schedule for Monday. We'll we has a storm so they didn't come. Tuesday, nothing. Called Tuesday I wasnt scheduled for Tuesday? So they'll come Wednesday. Wednesday nothing. Called Wednesday they said nope we'll come Thursday. I called another company they said we'll come. So I called and said don't bother coming and cancel my account. He said I can't you're already on the schedule for tomorrow! This company is terrible!!! Not one problem ever with Consumers in the years we had them. They get bought and now I've been calling for an oil delivery for 6 DAYS and nothing. I was told 4 times "it's coming today" yet nothing! Tank ran dry after day 4 and a tech had to add 20 gallons just to prime the furnace, but still now 2 days later no delivery! Unacceptable. There have been cold winters before... That's not an excuse when families with small children have no heat.
