Paraco Gas is the worst propane provider I have ever dealt with. Awful customer service; terrible prices, and overall joke of a company. I asked the tank on my property be removed 4 months ago, and despite several calls they have all but refused to come onsite to do it. I would recommend to anyone that they find a local provider who knows how to treat customers. Janice at Paraco was very helpful as I went through the process of exploring making the change from my long-time supplier -- which had let the gas tanks run dry twice despite automatic delivery. Explained the process, was very clear on options and information, and personable. A nice introduction to Paraco!
