I recently had to call customer service and spoke w Jeff and he was great. He quickly adjusted the issue w my quantity for prepay updated the contract on the my account page and processed my payment. He was extremely nice and funny too. No real wait on phone and better to call always get a real person rather than email.
I called Paraco to pre-buy propane for the 25-26 season. Jeff at Paraco was responsive and helped me navigate through the process. He is one of the bright spots for Paraco.
I had an issue with another propane gas company after I had a new propane furnace installed. It is a long story, the customer service and the tanks they tried to deliver twice were in bad condition. Then they were going to paint over them in my yard! I haven't had hot water for 9 days. They said if I wanted nice new looking tanks I would have to buy them.
