Stephanie was extremely professional, informative, and helpful.
The representative who assisted me was most efficient and addressed all my concerns. I regret not having her name. However, she made all the concerning changes to my acct and also applied my Sr. Citizen discount to my future bills. In addition to her efficiency she was extremely polite and payed attention to all detail to service my account accurately. It was a pleasure speaking with her and leaving the conversation with confidence all my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction.
Janet (or Janice) is a wonderful customer service representative. She's very personable and helped me with my billing question. Paraco is a very lucky company to have a person like her working for them....upbeat and knowlegeable. She's a keeper!!
