Nick did a great job installing the new tank. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with PARACO in that NO ONE FOLLOWED UP FROM YOUR OFFICE AFTER IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I NEEDED A NEW TANK, REPORTED WEEKS AGO. I RAN OUT OF PROPANE AND IT WAS A DIASTER FOR MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDDIES COMING FOR WEEKEND. ED HOFFMAN
We were concerned with a gas leak in our house after Paraco switched the gas tank. Jeffrey C came by and was very very thorough during the check. He ensured there was no gas leak in the property and gave us a full tutorial on how everything works with gas and how to prevent gas leaks going forward. Very helpful !
Matt from Paraco Gas installed a new fuel line along with new storage tanks. Even in the pouring rain, he got the job done quickly, professionally, and with good humor.
