5 stars for Paraco Service Dept. They came to see if I had a leak. The technician was great! Very professional. Knew his stuff and had no issue answering any questions I had. Highly recommended!!
Every 3 weeks I have to call paraco and get myself aggravated. I do what I'm told, call when I'm at 40 gallons, and give 5 to 7 days for delivery, okay, i do that, however on the 7th day I always have to call and ask when I'm getting my delivery, it's very cold, I have young children and need the propane for heat, no one ever cares, they put me on hold for an half an hour so they don't have to deal with me anymore or tell me they will put a message in the system that I'm at 5 gallons and need it sooner and that never makes t... read more
Nothing but problems. Customer service is horrendous, be planned to be put on hold and be told we will send a message to whom it may concern regarding your issue. My issue is I constantly run extremely low on propane. This last fill I put in when I'm at 50 (which is absurd because the tank filled is only 80) on 1/29/26 (9 days after my last delivery). It was estimated a delivery for 2/17/26. I have to call and call begging for a delivery, but ultimately I run low single digits even with endless calls. I was told today 2/6/26... read more
