I would not recommend Parco Gas based on my experience installing a small gas line for a standby generator. The project was poorly managed from the beginning. We were initially told that no permit was required, only to later be informed that a permit was needed and that we had to complete the paperwork ourselves. I had a leak on one of my tanks on Tuesday, I immediately turned off the tank and contacted Parco Gas. They sent a tech that evening, he explained to me that it might have been over filled by the company and that shutting the tank would not stop it from leaking. He explained they would come the following day to replace the tank. The propane is used to cook with btw. On Wednesday no one showed or called, which I had asked the tech to make sure they did. We have been having issues with propane gas deliveries for at least 4 months. We have made many calls to Paraco for assistance. Today, we finally were able to get someone who was able to get to the root of the problem and solve it once and for all. I'd like to thank Ella for her patience, professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and most of all her assistance. Great job Ella!
