Paraco gas company has the worst customer service ever. Their unprofessional sales reps and management with zero due diligence and accountability caused the pipes in our home to freeze and burst. They never assisted us with helping us to repair the damage caused throughout our home except for offering us a coupon for boiler maintenance and eating the cost of a half tank of oil that we never even asked for to begin with. I could go into details but I’ll let you be just be warned here in Connecticut.
