Helpful customer service and appointment scheduling
Jeannette was very helpful and took care of me right away.
This company has been great for years and have loved working with them. But, I have had to call multiple times asking for closing paperwork because I sold my house and it is near to impossible to get them to follow through on what they promised me. If you can find another propane company, I would advise that. It is beyond frustrating for them to send a simple email that you asked for and they keep saying you will get it by tomorrow but with zero follow-through.
Debbie Sciortino did a great job explaining the propane process with Paraco and what to expect. She was friendly and efficient and I was very satisfied with the call.
