A friend of mine is a client of Paraco. He was very happy with the service. I called to inquire about switching over and they answered every question I had. I asked about many different types of equipment to replace my aging boiler and allowed me the time to research each and everyone. There were no high-pressure sales here.
I find that the Paraco staff are always helpful. Jeff was the customer service person I worked with today, he was great. He took care of everything while I was on the phone with him, very efficiently and politely.
