I am on automatic delivery with Paraco. Customer service is located in Saugerties NY, and I believe my deliveries come out of Ellenville. I am waiting for my second winter delivery (I heat my home with Propane), and they have scheduled me, but have not showed. No phone call, no email, no text. I am at 16% capacity of the tanks. On my first winter delivery at the end of December, the same thing happened, though I was in the single digit capacity. What is the point of auto delivery, if this is what happens?
