I contacted Paraco to lock in my winter pre-pay discount rate. My representative, Gene, was extremely helpful in explaining my options and analyzing my payment history and the status of my account as it related to the remaining balance of my summer pool discount and last year's winter prepay usage. SHe was very knowledgeable and pleasant and explained my various options clearly. A very positive experience with Paraco customer service, which I find is always the case.
